We are happy to accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase and offer an exchange or issue a credit note at the time of return with a valid receipt.  Items must be in original condition and with packaging.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, design fees, special order merchandise, items damaged through normal wear and tear, or used items.

For hygienic purposes, soft goods such as toss cushions, throws, bedding and plush toys are final sale.

All floor models, merchandise marked “as is” and sale items are not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange.

Returns on regular stocked furniture items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Deposits for layaways and special orders are non-refundable.

Delivery fees are non-refundable. Additional delivery charges apply for the pick up of returned items.

Product accompanied by a gift receipt can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Furniture

Store Pick Up

You can arrange to pick up furniture items at Henry’s Interiors and save on delivery costs.  Please call in advance at 780.454.6660 to allow us to have your items ready.  If you choose to pick up products, please bring with you:

  • Blankets to protect the item(s) and your vehicle
  • An extra person to help you load the item(s) into your vehicle

Home Delivery

We offer a professional home delivery service to Edmonton and the surrounding areas. Costs vary depending on number of items and distance.  Items are assembled and placed in the desired location (excluding wall art).  The packing materials are removed from your home after delivery.

For an extra fee, you can arrange to have unwanted furniture removed from your home and disposed of.

Please ensure you are available during the scheduled delivery time window.  If you fail to be present for the scheduled delivery, costs will be incurred to reschedule the delivery.

We can also arrange long distance delivery within Canada.

Warranty

Many furniture items are guaranteed under manufacturer warranty for an extended period of time. Please ask a sales associate for further details on a particular item.

The following circumstances are not covered under warranty:

-Damages or defects resulting from negligence, improper care or maintenance, or inappropriate use of the item.

We offer extended warranty options through an additional service plan that covers stains, punctures and other common accidents.  For more information, please inquire about the available extended service protection plans at time of purchase.

Special Order Items

We offer a wide range of Made-to-Order and special order items.  The average estimated time of arrival is 8 to 12 weeks.  Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.  We will inform you of any delays in production of an item on order.
