Return your item(s) by mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Carefully pack up the item(s) and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we’ve received the item back and inspected the pieces to ensure the condition has not been compromised, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that sale items, special orders, and shipping/handling fees are final sale and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, design fees, special order merchandise, items damaged through normal wear and tear, or used items.

Merchandise marked “as is” and sale items are not eligible for return..

Deposits for layaways and special orders are non-refundable.

Delivery fees are non-refundable. Additional delivery charges apply for the pick up of returned items.

Furniture

Store Pick Up

You can arrange to pick up furniture items at Henry’s Interiors storage facility and save on delivery costs.  Please call in advance at 780.454.6660 to allow us to have your items ready.  If you choose to pick up products, please bring with you:

  • Blankets to protect the item(s) and your vehicle
  • Ropes or straps for securing load
  • An extra person to help you load the item(s) into your vehicle

Home Delivery

We offer a professional home delivery service to Edmonton and the surrounding areas. Costs vary depending on number of items and distance.  Items are assembled and placed in the desired location (excluding wall art and accessories).  The packing materials are removed from your home after delivery.

For an extra fee, you can arrange to have unwanted furniture removed from your home and disposed of.

Please ensure you are available during the scheduled delivery time window.  If you fail to be present for the scheduled delivery, costs will be incurred to reschedule the delivery.

We can also arrange long distance delivery within Canada.

Warranty

Many furniture items are guaranteed under manufacturer warranty for an extended period of time. Please ask a sales associate for further details on a particular item.

The following circumstances are not covered under warranty:

-Damages or defects resulting from negligence, improper care or maintenance, or inappropriate use of the item.

Special Order Items

We offer a wide range of Made-to-Order and special order items.  The average estimated time of arrival is 8 to 12 weeks.  Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.  We will inform you of any delays in production of an item on order.
